This year or next, i want to replace 26 toilets before this June 2012.  Please tell me a flat rate or hourly rate you can do this job.  There a few problems I ran into when i updated three of the toilets which can discuss with you.  The metal flange where the toilet sits on will need to be cleaned because of a lot of rust in the screw slot.  This cleaning with only add 5-10 min extra into cleaning the flange.

	So, far I have replaced 18 toilets, and the last toilets were order last week, and I am waiting on delivery.
